A Year of Growing in Grace • Aging as a Spiritual Practice
Honoring the journey of time. Embracing the wisdom of experience. Finding purpose in every season of life. Aging is a transformative experience when approached with mindfulness, gratitude, and connection to Spirit.

Guided by two inspiring texts, Ram Dass’s Still Here and Lewis Richmond’s Aging as a Spiritual Practice, this series provides practical insights and spiritual tools to help us navigate the aging process gracefully and purposefully. Through engaging discussions, reflective exercises, and heartfelt community, discover how to live fully in the present moment while honoring the gifts and challenges of growing older.

Whether you are approaching your golden years, caring for aging loved ones, or simply curious about the spiritual lessons of time, this class is for you. Join us and embrace aging not as a decline but as a sacred practice of becoming more fully present, more deeply loving, and more attuned to the Spirit within.

The Art of Quantum Living and its transformational 21-day Quantum Living Process weave together the latest research emerging from neurobiology, developmental psychology, quantum theory, the science of the heart, shadow formation, somatic intelligence, memory reconsolidation, self-compassion, the power of myth and story along with transpersonal wisdom to offer a powerful path to personal evolutionary transformation.

Quantum Living self-regulation tools along with “aware-apy” exercises and techniques are designed to reduce anxiety, foster a raised degree of self- awareness, emotional resiliency, and increased efficacy in needs self-fulfillment as well as embodying positive change.
